Arun Jose Philip is a skilled Manager of Data Analytics with almost a decade of experience in solving complex analytical problems using various tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Excel VBA. He has worked across different verticals, including gaming, investment banking, and retail, and has used data analysis and machine learning to solve day-to-day business problems and make data-driven decisions. Currently, Arun is the Manager of Data Analytics at Zynga, where he leads a team of four analysts responsible for Wonka Slots, Black Diamond Slots, Wonka Match, and WOZ Match games in Studio I. He is responsible for creating and monitoring the analytics roadmap for the four games, hiring and onboarding analysts, and creating growth plans for individual analysts. He also works as a thought partner for the product team on business decisions. Prior to his current role, Arun was the Lead Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst at Zynga, where he worked on revenue forecasting, economy tuning and simulation, player segmentation, and game health audits. He also mentored other analysts and collaborated with other slots titles in Zynga's portfolio to adapt best practices and learnings. Arun holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from TKM College of Engineering and is proficient in various technologies such as ML, SQL, Python, ETL, and test.
